The Mythic Self is a quiet, gentle space. It is an invitation to pause, to breathe, and to come as you are. If you are moving through grief or loss, in any of its many forms, this is a place where your experience can be met with care, understanding, and compassion.
My path is grounded in psychology and shaped by years of walking alongside others in their journeys through loss and healing. At its heart is a simple, steady presence - a willingness to sit with what is painful, to honour what has been lost, and to make space for what is still unfolding.
There is no rush here, and nothing you need to be other than who you are. Grief moves in its own way, and together we can gently listen to it, allowing space for both sorrow and the possibility of meaning, connection, and quiet moments of steadiness.
