This is a gentle space to meet your grief, to lay down what feels heavy, and to be held with care. Loss can take many forms, the death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, changes in health, identity, or the life you had hoped for. Whatever your experience, you are welcome here, just as you are.

As a Counselling Psychologist, I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach to supporting those navigating grief and loss. Together, we create space for what hurts, honour what has been lost, and move at a pace that feels right for you, gently supporting you to find steadiness, meaning, and connection again.
